Job summary

CDC Data Centres Pty is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Procurement to lead the procurement function across Australia and New Zealand. You will drive procurement strategy, governance and supplier performance for major data centre developments while leading a team of category specialists.

You will partner with engineering, delivery, finance, legal and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery within budgets, and provide strategic commercial leadership to senior stakeholders on critical

Qualifications

Significant experience in strategic procurement, sourcing or commercial management.
Proven leadership of procurement or project teams.
Strong expertise in tendering, supplier negotiations and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of category specialists across key procurement areas.
Develop and execute procurement strategies to support development pipelines and objectives.
Oversee complex sourcing, tendering, evaluation and negotiation for major projects.
Establish and continuously improve procurement governance, processes and reporting.
Partner with project, engineering and commercial teams to align with schedules and budgets.
Drive supplier performance, capacity planning and risk management for projects.
Provide commercial leadership and recommendations on critical procurement decisions.
