Job summary

Court Services Victoria is seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement Operations and Governance to lead the procurement enablement function, policy development, and contract management governance across CSV. You will drive capability uplift and ensure compliant, high-performing procurement practices across the organisation.

You will lead a team of procurement professionals, shaping governance frameworks and systems while aligning with Victorian Government policies and organisational objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing procurement governance frameworks, policies, processes and controls.
• Knowledge of procurement operating models, capability development and contract management frameworks.
• Experience leading procurement enablement functions and performance measurement.
• Experience uplifting organisational capability through guidance, tools, frameworks, training and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Experience designing or implementing procurement transformation, operating models or capability programs.

Responsibilities

• Leading the procurement enablement function, providing strategic direction and operational leadership for procurement governance, frameworks, systems, and contract management support services.
• Developing and continuously improving procurement policies, frameworks, templates, guidance and governance arrangements.
• Leading strategic initiatives to strengthen procurement capability and maturity.
• Overseeing contract management support services and capability uplift across CSV.
• Providing strategic oversight of procurement systems and governance to monitor performance.
• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team with a culture of collaboration and accountability.
