Job summary

Court Services Victoria in Melbourne is seeking a senior procurement leader to oversee procurement governance, policy development and contract management across CSV. You will drive strategic procurement initiatives, ensure compliant and efficient processes, and provide leadership to a high-performing team across multiple service lines including travel and fleet.

You will partner with stakeholders across Courts Group to lift capability, implement procurement systems, and deliver value realisation

Qualifications

• Experience developing procurement governance frameworks, policies, processes and controls.
• Extensive knowledge of procurement and contract management practices.
• Experience leading procurement enablement functions and systems.
• Capability uplift through guidance, tools, frameworks and training.
• Experience designing procurement transformation or capability programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement governance, frameworks, systems and contract management support services.
• Develop and implement procurement policies and governance arrangements.
• Lead strategic initiatives to strengthen procurement capability and maturity.
• Oversee contract management support and supplier performance management.
• Provide strategic oversight of procurement systems and governance for continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing procurement team.
