Job summary

Court Services Victoria is seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement Operations and Governance in Melbourne to lead procurement governance, policies, and contract management across the organisation.

The role drives capability uplift, system improvements, and strategic procurement initiatives, while overseeing travel and fleet services. You will champion compliant, efficient procurement aligned with Victorian Government policy and public service standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in developing and implementing procurement governance frameworks and controls.
• Knowledge of procurement operating models, capability development and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading procurement enablement functions, including systems and performance measurement.
• Experience building procurement guidance, tools, frameworks, training and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience designing or implementing procurement transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement governance, frameworks, systems and contract management support services.
• Develop, implement and improve procurement policies, templates and governance arrangements.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen procurement capability and maturity across the organisation.
• Oversee contract management support and supplier performance management throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing procurement team.
