Zusammenfassung

Chart Industries, Inc. is seeking a Project Expeditor to monitor supplier performance, procurement progress, and manufacturing schedules, expediting critical materials and coordinating with internal stakeholders to minimise delays and ensure quality.

You will track ERP order reports, manage documentation, and drive risk mitigation across procurement, fabrication, logistics, and site delivery to safeguard project profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate/Diploma/Trade qualification or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project, procurement, expediting, production planning or supply chain.
• Experience in heavy engineering, manufacturing, mining, power generation, oil & gas, infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of procurement, fabrication, manufacturing and industrial logistics processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret project schedules, manufacturing plans, production schedules Gantt charts, and Bills of Materials.

Aufgaben

• Review and analyze production schedules, procurement plans, and manufacturing schedules daily to track orders.
• Generate and review ERP order reports (AX/SAP) weekly to monitor items and due dates.
• Update procurement tracking registers and expediting schedules to maintain real-time data.
• Issue RFQs and evaluate supplier quotations against BOMs and specifications.
• Conduct supplier capability and delivery assessments to drive best-value outcomes and initiate corrective actions.
• Actively expedite critical path materials and track milestones with vendors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and communicate procurement status and risks.
• Verify required documentation before order closeout and payment processing, ensuring quality.
