Job summary

Zinfra is seeking a Portfolio Planner to join the Gas Services planning team in Sydney. You will support planning, coordination and performance of the annual program portfolio, partnering with Delivery Managers, Asset Management and Finance to deliver integrated work programs and insights.

You will analyse performance, forecast resources and costs, and provide dashboards using Excel, SAP and Power BI to support governance and decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience in program and resource planning.
• Strong analytical skills and data storytelling.
• Forecasts, resource plans and financial baselines experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual works programs and develop long-term delivery strategies.
• Develop workforce, resource and material plans with Delivery Managers.
• Maintain and optimise Capital and Operating Works Plan with Asset Management.
