Job summary

Zinfra is seeking a Portfolio Planner to join Zinfra Gas Services in Sydney. You will support the planning and delivery of its Gas Distribution and Gas Transmission programs, building integrated work programs and resourcing plans with cross‑functional teams.

In this role you will analyse performance, develop forecasts and dashboards using Excel, SAP and Power BI, and contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes across Operations, Asset Management and Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience in program and resource planning.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Forecasts, resource plans and financial baselines experience.
• Advanced Excel; SAP / Power BI or similar planning tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organisation and multi-priority management.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Commitment to ongoing improvement and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual works programs and long-term delivery strategies.
• Develop workforce, resource and material plans with Delivery Managers.
• Maintain and optimise Capital and Operating Works Plan.
• Provide financial analysis and monthly performance reviews.
• Create reports, dashboards and forecasts using Excel, SAP, Power BI.
• Support governance forums with clear planning information.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes.
• Build relationships across Operations, Finance and Delivery.
