RAC WA is seeking a Portfolio Manager based at our West Perth Head Office with hybrid working arrangements available. You will provide independent assurance on program and project delivery, surface risks early and guide investment decisions to deliver value for members and the business.

You'll work with senior leaders, manage governance insights, and help evolve frameworks and templates as delivery maturity grows, while coordinating with the Portfolio Coordinator and no direct reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in mid-to-senior PMO role with exposure to project delivery.
• Experience developing and/or enhancing PM policies, frameworks, processes and templates.
• Ability translating complex data into clear insights for executive decision-makers.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to shape approach.
• Pragmatic, outcome-focused with credibility to influence senior stakeholders.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience; PMP/PRINCE2 highly regarded.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, change management, portfolio management tools and BI reporting.

Responsabilités

• Provide independent portfolio assurance, including quality reviews of programs and projects.
• Analyse portfolio performance and tailor reports and insights to executive/board audiences.
• Monitor portfolio financial performance, change control and benefits realisation, with practical recommendations.
• Partner with Project Delivery Team to improve portfolio, program and project management frameworks.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and project managers to influence best practice.
• Contribute to governance forums with risk-informed advice.
