Job summary

Royal Automobile Club of WA is seeking a Portfolio Manager to provide independent assurance on our portfolio and surface risks early. You will analyse performance and tailor insights for executives, boards and committees from our West Perth base, with hybrid work arrangements.

The role partners with delivery teams to improve governance and investment decisions. The ideal candidate has mid-to-senior PMO experience, relevant certifications and a strong ability to translate complex data into clear

Qualifications

• Experience in a mid-to-senior PMO role with delivery exposure.
• Experience developing and/or enhancing project management policies, frameworks, processes and templates.
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP or PRINCE2) and relevant degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent portfolio assurance and risk management.
• Analyse portfolio performance and tailor reports for executive audiences and board committees.
• Monitor portfolio financial performance, change control and benefits realisation.
• Partner with the Project Delivery Team to improve frameworks, policies and templates.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and governance forums.
