Care Connect Group is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead the Project Management Office and drive strategic delivery across a national portfolio of transformation projects. The role combines people leadership with hands-on delivery to strengthen governance, prioritisation and reporting for senior stakeholders.

You will oversee a national PMO team and partner with executives to ensure benefits realisation, budget control and risk management, while guiding the organisation through ongoing

Competenze

• Proven experience leading or establishing a PMO.
• Extensive program and project delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience leading project managers, business analysts and delivery teams.
• Strong governance, reporting and portfolio management capability.
• Experience delivering business transformation, operational change and technology initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Experience reporting to senior executives, leadership teams and Boards.
• Strong financial, risk and resource management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with PM tools such as MS Project, Jira and Asana.
