Job summary

Seven Consulting is seeking a seasoned PMO Manager to stand up and run PMO for large, complex tech programs in Australia. You’ll mentor analysts, upgrade processes and metrics, and ensure governance across schedule, cost, risk and benefits.

You will translate data into clear options for the C-suite, keep stakeholders aligned from boardroom to sprint stand-up, and lead mid-to-large PMO teams with calm under pressure. Strong governance and delivery focus required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PMOs for large tech programs.
• 10+ years shaping governance, finance & resource controls that actually work.
• Mastery of both traditional and agile frameworks; you choose what delivers.
• Strong stakeholder-wrangling from boardroom to sprint stand-up.
