Select Plant Australia, based in Seven Hills, NSW, is seeking a Business Development Manager to strategically acquire new customers and nurture existing accounts. Qualifications

• Advanced sales experience and track record in developing new business.
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Experience in rental or services industries is preferred.
• Strong understanding of tender processes and pricing strategies.
• Relevant tertiary level education or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to achieving growth objectives through revenue and wallet share improvements.
• Develop and present tender submissions, quotations and value propositions.
• Apply approved pricing structures to clients and achieve sales objectives.
• Pursue new business leads and opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with key clients across the lifecycle.
• Identify decision-makers and guide multi-level engagement with clients.
• Provide market intelligence to regional managers on trends and opportunities.
• Negotiate with clients and support regional teams to maintain competitive edge.
