Job summary

ATCO Gas Australia is seeking a Planning Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves coordinating customer requests, scheduling site works, and ensuring smooth progress from enquiry to completion.

You'll work with field teams and internal departments to maintain service standards, manage work orders, and support procurement and reporting activities. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service, administration, planning or scheduling role.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
• Confidence working across multiple IT systems and databases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office 365.
• SAP experience would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requests and create work orders for site-based activities.
• Manage incoming enquiries and prioritise requests through a shared Outlook mailbox.
• Dispatch and monitor work orders, ensuring activities are completed and closed out accurately.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to maintain workflow and meet service delivery targets.
• Raise purchase orders, process invoices and assist with procurement activities.
• Support reporting, data analysis and the maintenance of accurate operational records.
