Job summary

Bank Australia Limited is seeking a Senior Advisor, Strategy, Planning & Implementation to support the execution and governance of our organisational strategy. You will work with leaders across the bank to align initiatives with our purpose and objectives.

Qualifications

Experience delivering strategy implementation, business planning and programs.
Knowledge of financial services, ideally with ADI exposure.
Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking with risk awareness.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

Support implementation, monitoring and governance of strategic plans.
Collaborate with leaders to drive alignment and execution across the bank.
Monitor progress, risks and opportunities, providing insights for corrective action.
Coordinate governance and reporting for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic outcomes.
Support business-case development and governance for initiatives.
Support M&A activities including business cases and integration governance.
Coordinate executive, board reporting, flag dependencies.
