Bank Australia is seeking a Manager Climate Action Strategy to lead the implementation of its climate action strategy and transition plan. Based at our Collingwood head office or Sydney, you will partner across Product, Lending, Risk, Finance, Data, Marketing and Strategy to embed climate priorities, identify opportunities and manage climate-related risks.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in climate change, sustainability and strategy.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of emissions reduction and climate disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Bank Australia’s climate action strategy across teams.
• Act as climate SME guiding sustainable finance and emissions reduction initiatives.
• Drive governance, stakeholder engagement and executive/board reporting.
• Lead development of climate disclosures aligned with AASB S2.
• Build climate capability and support advocacy and communications.
