Ageing Australia seeks a Strategy & Planning Manager to connect strategy, priorities and business planning across the organisation. Reporting to the CFOO, you will lead the organisation-wide planning approach, align unit plans, identify interdependencies, and provide insights for Board decision-making.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in strategy, business, management, commerce, economics or related discipline.
• Experience establishing strategic planning or organisational performance frameworks across an organisation.
• Experience translating priorities into practical organisational plans and reporting to executives or boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise planning and integration aligned to strategic priorities.
• Consolidate business unit plans to show organisational activity and alignment.
• Identify interdependencies and sequencing issues to support coordinated planning.
• Provide executive decision support with insights and recommendations.
• Prepare clear reports on priorities, progress, risks and capacity.
• Collaborate with leaders to foster planning discussions and shared priorities.
• Link planning with workforce, technology and financial resources.
• Refine planning tools and processes for efficiency and impact.
