As Senior Advisor, Strategy, Planning & Implementation, you will support the implementation, monitoring and governance of our organisational strategy and strategic plans. What you will be doing

• Support the implementation, monitoring and reporting of the Bank’s strategic and business priorities.
• Partner with leaders and teams to drive strategic alignment, engagement and effective execution across the organisation.
• Monitor progress, risks, emerging trends and opportunities, providing insights and supporting corrective action where required.
• Coordinate frameworks, governance and reporting to support strategy execution and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic outcomes and organisational change.
• Support business case development and governance to ensure initiatives align with strategic priorities and intended outcomes.
• Support M&A activities, including business cases, regulatory applications and integration governance.
• Coordinate Executive, Board and committee reporting, identifying and escalating key risks, issues and dependencies.

What you will bring

• Demonstrated experience in strategy implementation, business planning and program management, with a strong track record of delivering strategic outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of the financial services environment, with experience working within or with an ADI.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify risks, emerging trends and opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and report writing skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different audiences.
• Ability to see the bigger picture while maintaining strong attention to detail, accuracy and delivery milestones.
• A proactive, organised and adaptable approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, changing priorities and unfamiliar situations.
• Relevant graduate qualifications; knowledge of the customer-owned banking model will be highly regarded.
