Job summary

Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Senior Performance Lead within Everyday Products. You will partner with Crew, Product and Technology leaders to translate strategy into execution, driving measurable customer and business outcomes.

You will orchestrate planning, provide strategic insights, and ensure governance and delivery discipline across investment, workforce and risk. You will contribute to capacity-informed decision-making, surface risks early and collaborate to sharpen priorities while

Qualifications

Strong strategic and systems-thinking capability.
Experience shaping outcome-focused OKRs, plans and commitments.
Ability to interpret performance, delivery, workforce, financial and risk data and translate insight into practical recommendations.
Proven leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
Experience in financial services is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate annual and quarterly planning and prioritisation across Crew OKRs, initiatives and roadmaps.
Drive outcome-focused performance management with OKRs, delivery flow, risks and dependencies.
Provide strategic insight and options framing to connect investment, delivery and customer outcomes.
Lead decision-focused governance rhythms with clear ownership and follow-through.
Connect strategy, investment and workforce to provide capacity visibility and enable prioritisation.
Coordinate cross-Domain and cross-BU dependencies and surface risks to enable timely resolution.
Drive continuous improvement in performance, tooling and delivery practices using data insights.
Strengthen execution discipline and delivery pathways within planning and performance rhythms.
