Evolution Mining invites applications for a Project Manager to lead strategic business and technology initiatives from a Sydney Group Office base. You will partner with sponsors and leaders, delivering outcomes across a broad portfolio of technology-enabled programs with a focus on governance and value realization.

You will thrive in a growing PMO environment, shaping delivery practices, managing budgets, and guiding cross-functional teams to successful project outcomes.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-wide projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability across business and technology functions.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and business sponsors to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated success operating within evolving PMO or project delivery environments.
• Strong commercial, vendor management and governance capability.
• Experience managing project financials, risks, dependencies and competing priorities.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic business and technology projects, from initiation through to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Partner closely with business sponsors, operational leaders and technology teams to define and deliver project outcomes.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide clear and insightful reporting to project sponsors and governance forums.
• Build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and support informed decision making.
• Manage external vendors and delivery partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Contribute to the ongoing uplift of project delivery frameworks, standards and governance practices.
