Evolution Mining's Group Office in Sydney is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale technology and business initiatives within a growing PMO. This role demands stakeholder engagement, sound judgement and the ability to navigate complexity beyond process.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage budgets and deliver outcomes that support Evolution's growth and transformation, with flexibility to work from the Sydney office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-wide projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across business and technology functions.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and sponsors to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated success operating within evolving PMO or project delivery environments.
• Strong commercial, vendor management and governance capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic business and technology projects.
• Partner closely with sponsors, operational leaders and technology teams to define and deliver project outcomes.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide clear and insightful reporting to project sponsors and governance forums.
• Build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and support informed decision making.
• Manage external vendors and delivery partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Contribute to the ongoing uplift of project delivery frameworks, standards and governance practices.
