Transport for NSW is seeking a Senior Manager Portfolio Management and Reporting for a 24-month fixed-term role in Sydney. You will lead governance, budgeting and reporting for the Infrastructure Projects and Engineering division, coordinating with internal teams and external reporting bodies.

This hybrid role offers flexibility between home and office work at 680 George Street, Sydney, and requires experience in portfolio governance, investment planning and large-scale program management.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience leading portfolio governance, reporting and investment planning activities in a complex organisational environment.
• In-depth knowledge of portfolio governance, investment planning, budget management and assurance practices.

Aufgaben

• Lead governance, oversight and coordination of portfolio planning, investment review and reporting for the Infrastructure Projects and Engineering division.
• Manage budget and TIP review processes and coordinate external capital reporting requirements.
• Serve as the primary interface with FTC, PIP, IPE Commercial and Controls teams and other stakeholders to support informed decisions.
