Job summary

Boral is seeking a permanent People & Culture Business Partner to support frontline leaders and collaborate with a national P&C team. Based in Brisbane, you will partner with and be supported by a large team across Remuneration & Reward, Talent and Capability, IR, Talent Acquisition and Workers Compensation and Wellbeing.

Your day includes coaching leaders, leading EA negotiations, implementing P&C plans, driving change, and contributing to national initiatives.

Qualifications

• Well‑rounded experience in People & Culture, advisory and operational roles.
• Enterprise bargaining expertise and ability to engage union stakeholders.
• Experience in large organizations, preferably industrial sectors.
• Proven project leadership in P&C initiatives.
• Autonomous with a collaborative, growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Guide, coach and support frontline leaders in operational businesses.
• Lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations and advise on EA and Award interpretations.
• Implement P&C plans and processes across the lifecycle.
• Drive change management initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Engage in national initiatives on diversity, talent and capability.
