Job summary
Fitness and Lifestyle Group is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner in Brisbane to lead complex employee relations and shape strategic people solutions across a multi-site footprint. You will coach a HR/P&C Advisor and partner with senior leaders to balance commercial risk with people-first decisions.
You will interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements, drive change initiatives, and use data to influence leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience managing complex employee relations matters including investigations and dispute resolution.
- Experience coaching or mentoring a HR/ P&C Advisor.
- Experience interpreting and applying Awards or Enterprise Agreements.
- Experience across the full employee lifecycle including engagement, performance and development initiatives.
- Experience supporting change management, restructures or consultation processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to shape proactive people solutions and provide expert guidance on complex ER matters.
- Coach and develop a P&C Advisor to ensure consistent, high-quality advice.
- Interpret Awards/Enterprise Agreements to keep people decisions fair and defensible.
- Lead restructures, consultations and organisational design in collaboration with leaders.
- Use data and reporting to drive insights that inform leadership decisions.
- Collaborate with wider P&C and Corporate Services to ensure a joined-up people experience.
