Job summary

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, shaping wellbeing, rehabilitation, recruitment and capability initiatives across the organisation.

You'll provide trusted advice to leaders, drive key HR programs, and work across boundaries to improve employee experience and organisational performance in a collaborative, supportive team

Qualifications

• Experienced HR or People and Capability professional with strong generalist capability and EL1 level readiness.
• Ability to provide trusted advice to leaders on complex people matters and programs.
• Experience spanning wellbeing, rehabilitation, recruitment and capability development.

Responsibilities

• Lead rehabilitation, return-to-work, wellbeing and case management activities.
• Provide high-quality advice to managers on complex people matters and risk.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to support growth.
• Contribute to learning, induction and capability uplift activities.
• Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support development of people policies and HR frameworks.
