Job summary

Cuscal Limited is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join the Group Risk & Compliance team in Sydney/Brisbane. You will oversee regulatory obligation management, assurance, change, and product compliance, and coordinate trainings, reporting, and stakeholder guidance across APRA, ASIC, AUSTRAC, OAIC and DIA requirements.

You will drive the ongoing compliance framework, maintain key registers, reviews, and reporting, and work with autonomy to interpret complex obligations into practical

Qualifications

• Experience in Australian financial services or payment services regulatory environment.
• Ability to interpret regulatory obligations and translate them into practical guidance.
• Strong governance, risk and compliance framework design and implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance registers, monitoring plans, and consolidated reporting.
• Develop and review policies, standards and guidance.
• Perform compliance reviews and control assurance activities.
• Monitor regulatory changes (APRA, ASIC, AUSTRAC, OAIC, DIA) and advise actions.
• Support regulatory certifications, reporting and external information requests.
• Contribute to training program design and compliance training calendar.
