Job summary

Mahboba's Promise in Australia seeks a Partnerships Manager to diversify funding streams by cultivating multi-year alliances with corporate partners, philanthropic trusts, foundations, and government bodies.

You will craft funding proposals, work closely with the Projects and Grants team to ensure program data is well-represented, and manage the fundraising pipeline in Salesforce while preparing revenue forecasts for strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership management or related fundraising roles.
• Proven track record of securing high-value relationships and revenue targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and storytelling skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen with grants and budgeting experience.
• Deep understanding of Australian philanthropic landscape and funding structures.
• Experience crafting funding proposals and corporate pitches.
• Familiarity with CRM pipelines, forecasting, and donor stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Development: identify, cultivate, and secure multi-year funding alliances.
• Funding Proposals and Case Development: lead tailored proposals and pitches with Projects/Grants teams.
• Acquittals and Partnership Compliance: track, report, and renew grants and funding agreements.
• Leadership Collaboration: support Management Committee and founder through outreach.
• Major Donor Stewardship: design cultivation journeys for high-net-worth donors and institutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with Marketing and Operations on brand assets and CRM workflows.
• Revenue Forecasting and Pipeline Management: own pipeline, set targets, and forecast revenue.
• NGO Partnerships: explore collaborations for joint funding or implementation with larger NGOs.
