Job summary

Foodbank Australia seeks an experienced partnerships professional to own a diverse portfolio of corporate and institutional partnerships, driving significant revenue growth.

Reporting to the Chief Partnerships and Commercial Officer, you'll manage and expand national partnerships, build a robust pipeline across sectors, and lead the full lifecycle from prospecting to activation and stewardship, delivering value and social impact.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage charity corporate partnerships.
• Experience growing high-value, multi-year funding or partnership agreements.
• Strong business development skills with pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate, foundation and major philanthropic partnerships.
• Build and execute a diversified new business pipeline across priority sectors.
• Develop tailored value propositions and proposals aligning partner objectives with Foodbank Australia's mission.
• Lead partnership negotiations, contract management and compliance.
• Deliver partnership activations including sponsorships and cause-related campaigns.
• Forecast partnership revenue, pipeline and budgets; report on performance.
