Job summary

Star Group Management is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead and grow strategic partnerships across its retail network. You will manage the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting and pitching through activation, reporting and renewal, acting as a key external representative of the business.

You will collaborate with marketing, retail operations and category teams to deliver integrated outcomes and drive value for partners.

Qualifications

Experience in partnerships, sponsorship, business development or account management.
Strong ability to identify and unlock growth opportunities.
Track record of securing and managing high‑value commercial relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic commercial partnerships across the Star Group network.
Identify and secure new partnership opportunities that deliver revenue growth and brand value.
Lead partnership activations and promotions end-to-end.
Collaborate with marketing, retail operations and category teams to achieve integrated outcomes.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, partner ROI and commercial outcomes.
Drive partner retention and renewals through demonstrated value and relationship management.
