Job summary

Stan is Australia’s leading local subscription service and a core part of Nine. As Senior Business Development & Partnership Manager, you will bridge strategic leadership and commercial execution to drive subscriber growth and revenue.

You will architect and scale complex partnerships, mentor a growing team, and own top-tier accounts across B2B and B2C ecosystems within a leading streaming service in Australia.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development and partnerships within SVOD/digital media or tech.
• Proven track record in driving subscriber growth and revenue through multi-channel deals.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end partnerships across B2B platforms and B2C brands.
• Mentor junior team members and manage top-tier strategic accounts.
• Architect, negotiate, and scale high-impact commercial collaborations.
• Collaborate with product, tech, marketing, finance and legal to GTM roadmaps.
• Define performance metrics and report ROI to executives.
