Job summary

Paramount in Australia is seeking a National Digital Sales Partner to drive revenue growth across Paramount+'s streaming and premium video distribution, partnering with sales leadership and agencies to elevate digital trading.

You will lead capability-building, oversee national targets, and collaborate with Brand Studios and Sport Sales to develop sponsorship packages, while guiding the sales team through data-driven strategies and compelling narratives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in media and digital advertising with strong experience in video and CTV.
• Proven success driving revenue a an ‘individual contributor’ in senior media roles
• Customer focused and commercially minded approach to meeting client expectations and business objectives
• Highly analytical with the ability and judgement to translate data and market signals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to influence decision makers and turn a strategic narrative into a compelling sales proposition
• Exceptional interpersonal skills: strong leadership, building trust with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business

Responsibilities

• Oversight of national digital revenue targets across 10 Streaming, Paramount+, and premium video distribution channels (e.g., YouTube, LG Ads
• Reporting to the National Digital Sales Director and collaborating closely with GM Ad Sales, Sales Directors and Group Client Partners, on high-level pitches, client negotiations, and senior agency engagements to increase investment and market share.
• Driving digital capabilities across the national Sales team through training on digital trading, premium video positioning, commercial frameworks, digital storytelling, and proposal excellence.
• Strengthen consistency, standards, and sales team effectiveness through operating rhythms, best practice digital workflows and maintaining forecasting discipline
• Revenue initiatives and commercial packaging, partnering with Commercial Strategy and Digital Revenue teams to build scalable trading packages to drive growth across streaming.
• Managing client relationships including Digital Agency leads and other stakeholders

• Partnering with Paramount Brand Studios and Sport Sales in developing digital sponsorship packages
