Job summary

World Surf League in Australia is seeking a results-driven Commercial Support professional to drive outcomes for the APAC region by servicing day-to-day operations of the commercial team, focusing on existing partners, prospecting leads, and delivering powerful proposals and sales reports.

You will manage partner programs, support event activations, oversee media plans, and ensure timely post-event analysis.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in business & marketing based field.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Experience in graphic design particularly relating to marketing, advertising and web-sites.
• Demonstrated ability to produce strategic proposals and post analysis reports.
• Media planning and buying experience.
• Experience working in keynote, powerpoint, excel, indesign, MS office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage account relationships and service partners across APAC.
• Produce post-event reports and sales analyses.
• Create and edit compelling partnership proposals.
• Assist with media plans and branded content needs.
• Coordinate internal communications between sales and other teams.
• Travel and weekend work as needed.
