Job summary

World Surf League in Australia is seeking a commercially minded professional to drive APAC partnerships. The role focuses on servicing day-to-day operations of the commercial team, account management of existing partners, and prospecting new leads.

You will create compelling proposals and sales reports to support partner needs and growth. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role, with strong skills in media planning, design software, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role within a commercial/sales environment.
• Experience creating strategic proposals and post-analysis reports.
• Experience with media planning and buying.
• Proficiency with Keynote/PowerPoint, Excel, InDesign and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Account management of WSL APAC partnerships, including event planning and activation.
• Produce post-event reports and sales analyses.
• Develop and edit effective partnership proposals and media plans.
• Coordinate internal communications between sales and other departments.
• Archive files, assist management, and support weekend travel as needed.
