The World Surf League APAC is seeking a proactive commercial coordinator to support day-to-day operations of the commercial team. You will manage existing partner relationships, assist in prospecting new leads, and help create compelling proposals and sales reports to service partners effectively.

Key duties include account management, preparing post-event analyses, coordinating media plans, and ensuring timely delivery of branded content.

Formación

Tertiary qualifications in business & marketing field.
Experience in a similar role.
Experience in graphic design for marketing, advertising and websites.
Demonstrated ability to produce strategic proposals and post-analysis reports.
Media planning and buying experience.
Proficiency with Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, InDesign, MS Office.
Strong interpersonal and creative thinking abilities.
Self-starter with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

Manage and support all aspects of WSL APAC partnerships holistically.
Produce post event reports in a professional and timely manner.
Manage the day to day aspects of WSL APAC partnerships including event planning and activation.
Oversee branded content needs and partner media plans.
Lead day to day partnership planning meetings and coordinate broadcasts and social content.
Create and edit effective partnership proposals and post-event analyses.
Prospect new potential sales leads.
Assist with Sales related administrative tasks and reporting.
Ensure internal communication between sales and other departments.
