Job summary

RAA is seeking an Organisational Development Consultant to design, deliver and continuously improve OD programs that enhance culture and capability across the organisation. You will research, analyse and coordinate across OD initiatives, translating frameworks into practical outcomes for the business and supporting learning and development activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational development, HR or related field
• Knowledge of OD principles and practice
• Skills in facilitation, consultation and communication
• Ability to build relationships across a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to analyse information and land on clear, practical recommendations
• Strong planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills
