Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its ANZ Special Ops team in Sydney. This 12-month fixed term contract involves acting as an in-house consultant to scope, deliver, and embed strategic initiatives across departments, with cross-functional collaboration and a continuous-improvement mindset.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage complex programs, assess feasibility with product and operations teams, and drive roadmap planning while improving processes and tools, in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Business, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in food or management consulting.
• Mastery of project management frameworks and tools.
• Quantitative analytics experience; proficient with Google Slides/Sheets.
• Strong communication and management skills with both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex operational and strategic initiatives across departments.
• Originate and develop complex projects impacting teams, product, customers, revenue, and costs.
• Collaborate with Senior Management, C-Suite, and global stakeholders on innovation projects.
• Assess feasibility with product managers and operations champions.
• Lead or support scoping, monitoring, and roadmap planning for new products.
• Improve operational processes and tools; liaise with global stakeholders on best practices.
