Job summary

Sanitarium Health & Wellbeing is seeking expressions of interest for the role of Innovation Project Manager. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams, manage timelines and resources, and ensure stakeholders are informed every step of the way.

You’ll play a central part in shaping the future of our innovation pipeline bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to exciting new product and process initiatives. Expressions of interest close Thursday 17th September.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
• Excellent time management and organisational capability.
• A strong customer focus and the energy to drive projects forward.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive mindset with enthusiasm for delivering results.
• Credibility to lead cross-functional resources to agreed business objectives and establish strong stakeholder relationships.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Project Management, Science, Marketing, Management or Engineering) or equivalent relevant experience demonstrating the knowledge and capability required for the role.
• Ability to present & recommend decisions to the business.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a food related FMCG area.
