Job summary

HelloFresh in Sydney, Australia is seeking a Senior Systems Enablement Manager to own the end-to-end enablement strategy for ANZ. You will tailor global system blueprints to local market needs, drive readiness workstreams, and shape the Launch Team’s playbooks.

You will collaborate with Operations, Global VSM, and Tech squads to design rollout training, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement across high-impact system launches.

• Proven experience independently managing projects in Supply Chain or Operations.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing delivery timelines.

• Own end-to-end strategy, scope, and delivery of complex system launches across the ANZ region.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, and RAID logs; proactively mitigating risks and dependencies.
• Lead deep-dive gap analyses comparing global tech blueprints against local ANZ requirements.
• Own technical readiness workstreams collaborating with local Operations, Global VSM teams, and Global Tech Squads.
• Design and execute rollout training strategies, track adoption, and minimize manual workarounds.
• Lead hypercare periods for high-risk launches and conduct post-launch reviews for continuous improvement.
• Represent ANZ market needs to Global Product & Tech teams while managing local/global stakeholders.

As the Senior Systems Enablement Manager, you will own the end-to-end enablement strategy and delivery of complex, high-impact technology systems across our ANZ operational landscape. Operating with high autonomy, you will lead deep-dive gap analyses to tailor global system blueprints to local market needs, drive technical readiness workstreams, and shape the Launch Team’s playbooks and capabilities.

This role is based in Sydney, Australia and reporting to the Launch Team Lead - ANZ.

You will…

• Own the end-to-end strategy, scope, and delivery of complex, high-impact system launches across the ANZ region.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, and RAID logs, proactively mitigating risks and managing cross-functional dependencies.
• Lead deep-dive gap analyses comparing global tech blueprints against local ANZ requirements, challenging proposals with data.
• Own technical readiness workstreams by partnering with local Operations, Global VSM teams, and Global Tech Squads.
• Design and execute rollout training strategies, tracking system adoption rates and minimizing manual workarounds.
• Lead hypercare periods for high-risk launches, coordinating rapid issue resolution and conducting post-launch reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a key interface representing ANZ market needs to Global Product & Tech teams while managing local and global stakeholder relationships.

You have…

• Strong knowledge of project management theories, concepts, methodologies, and launch interdependencies.
• Proven experience independently managing projects in Supply Chain / Operational teams.
• Great organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects without compromising delivery timelines.
• Proven track record in adapting communication styles to manage multi level, cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to analyse data for decision making.
