SA Health in Murray and Mallee seeks a Director of Nursing to provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing services, including governance and the residential aged care facility. You will develop and implement frameworks to support safe, contemporary practice and monitor standards across the region.

The role requires senior management experience, extensive nursing credentials, and a proven ability to drive service improvements in a complex health system.

Competenze

• Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Minimum five years’ post-registration nursing experience.
• Senior management experience in leadership, strategic planning, personnel and financial management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience implementing new systems and delivering service improvements.
