Job summary

Fiveseven Consulting seeks a Director of Clinical Services on the Central Coast to lead clinical governance, quality, risk and care delivery across residential aged care and home services. Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Senior clinical leadership experience in aged care or highly regulated care environments.
• Expertise in clinical governance, quality systems, accreditation and incident management.
• Strong understanding of aged care legislation and regulatory expectations.
• Executive leadership experience in a complex service environment.
• Ability to lead change, build accountable teams and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• High-level communication, stakeholder engagement and Board reporting skills.
• Sound judgement, integrity and confidentiality handling.
• Current National Criminal Record Check or ability to obtain one.

About You

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, without conditions that would prevent you from performing the role.
• Substantial senior clinical leadership experience within aged care, health, community care or another highly regulated care environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical governance, quality systems, accreditation, incident management, complaints and continuous improvement.
• A strong understanding of aged care legislation, Quality Standards and regulatory expectations.
• Executive or senior leadership experience within a complex service environment.
• Strong governance, risk management and organisational decision-making capability.
• The ability to lead change, build accountable teams and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• High-level communication, stakeholder engagement and Board reporting skills.
• Sound judgement, integrity and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters.
• A current National Criminal Record Check, or the ability to obtain one.
