Job summary

Flavour Makers is seeking a National Account Executive to manage key retail clients, drive sales, and expand market share. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategies and improve profitability, with travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

The role reports to the Commercial Director and is based in Sydney's satellite office, with a hybrid work model and interstate travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate or national account sales in FMCG.
• Experience building and managing national accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing national accounts.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand company presence in food industry.
• Sales Strategy: Develop strategies with sales & marketing to hit targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, supply chain, and finance.
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and report to management.
• Customer Service Excellence: Address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Travel: Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
