Job summary

Connect APAC, a fast-growing Australian beverage brand, is seeking a commercially sharp National Account Manager to own key national accounts in petrol & convenience and grocery, and to push distribution across the Australian market.

You will lead the full commercial performance of your portfolio, including sales planning, trade execution, margins, and promotional ROI, reporting directly to the CEO with clear runway into senior leadership as the brand scales.

Qualifications

• Experience as National Account Manager or Senior NAM.
• FMCG experience in food and/or beverages.
• Experience in petrol and convenience channels.
• Experience working within Grocery and understanding the Metcash model.
• Strong commercial acumen across P&L, trade spend and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow key accounts across P&C and Grocery.
• Lead new accounts and expand distribution across the market.
• Manage full commercial performance: sales planning, trade execution, margins and promotional ROI.
