Job summary

Chobani Australia is seeking a National Account Manager - Independents to lead our Metcash partnership and shape how our brands appear across the Independent Grocery network. You will own customer strategy, drive commercial performance and work with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and field teams to turn plans into results.

This role rewards ownership and relationship-building with senior customers, requiring credibility from day one.

Qualifications

Direct Metcash experience and strong understanding of Independent Grocery landscape.
Proven track record managing senior customer relationships and driving growth.
Experience leading Joint Business Plans and promotional programs.
Ability to forecast, analyse promotions and align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the Metcash partnership and own customer strategy for Independents.
Drive commercial performance and overall growth of the Independent Grocery channel.
Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and field teams to turn plans into results.
Conduct Joint Business Planning discussions with senior customer stakeholders.
Analyse promotional performance and manage forecasts to deliver on national plans.
