Sotalent in Sydney is seeking a commercially minded account management professional to drive category growth, forecasting, profitability, and customer engagement across a portfolio of consumer products.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, Supply Chain, and Leadership to develop joint business plans, lead trade investment, and deliver data‑driven insights that underpin strategic customer plans.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in account management or category management.
• Proven experience managing customer relationships and delivering business growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with profitability metrics.
• Advanced forecasting, analytical, financial modeling, and business planning capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies and execute commercial plans.
• Lead forecasting and demand planning with supply chain partners.
• Manage trade spend budgets and measure ROI.
• Build relationships with key customer stakeholders and lead negotiations.
