Woolworths invites an accomplished Head of Supplementary Sourcing and Trading to lead the boxed meat sourcing strategy across the end-to-end supply chain. Reporting to the GM Strategy & Planning, you will drive commercial outcomes by leveraging market intelligence and building high-value supplier partnerships.

You will partner with planning, logistics, processing, manufacturing and quality teams to mitigate sourcing risks and unlock continuous opportunities.

Qualifications

• Seasoned leader with track record in sourcing strategies for agricultural commodities or protein.
• Deep understanding of meat market dynamics and supply chains.
• Experience in large-scale supply chain and procurement operations.
• Senior people leadership across cross-functional teams (operational and procurement).
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to leverage market insights for advantage.
• Proven ability to solve problems with data and influence stakeholders.
