Kinrise is seeking a proactive Materials Planner & Inventory Coordinator to ensure materials availability, optimise inventory and supplier performance for our ANZ network. Based at the Dandenong South site, you will drive planning accuracy, manage MRP processes in SAP and collaborate with suppliers to minimise waste and optimise working capital.

• Experience in materials planning, supply planning, inventory management or procurement coordination within manufacturing.
• Strong SAP MRP and inventory management knowledge.
• Solid end-to-end supply chain understanding and planning practices.
• Excellent data interpretation and action translation.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with disciplined processes.
• Experience with FMCG/food manufacturing helpful.
• Exposure to supplier performance management and inventory optimisation initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end materials planning and replenishment across ANZ network.
• Execute SAP MRP processes including requisitions, POs, stock transfers and data governance.
• Monitor inventory across RM, packaging, WIP and finished goods and drive accuracy.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage supply risks.
• Analyze supply chain metrics and drive operational improvements.
• Coordinate material needs for launches, trials, promotions and product transitions.
• Lead continuous improvement in planning, inventory governance and cost efficiency across ANZ.
