Job summary

Kinrise Pty is seeking a Materials Planner & Inventory Coordinator to ensure materials are available for manufacturing at the Dandenong South site. You will manage end-to-end planning, execute SAP MRP processes, monitor inventory, and drive supplier performance through continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in materials planning and inventory management.
• Experience with SAP MRP planning processes and governance.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and replenishment practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end materials planning across the ANZ network to support production and demand.
• Execute SAP MRP activities including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and stock transfers.
• Monitor inventory across raw materials, packaging, WIP and finished goods; drive accuracy and optimisation.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage risks and improve performance.
• Analyse supply chain metrics and use insights to drive improvements.
• Coordinate material requirements for new product launches and promotions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes and governance.
