Job summary

Randstad Defence, partnering with Electro Optic Systems (EOS), seeks a Master Scheduler to join the Canberra-based team. The PMO Master Scheduler will develop integrated schedules across the Defence portfolio, providing visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies to support informed decisions and delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities include implementing IMS, leading scheduling standards, and mentoring PMs in MS Planner and MS Project within a Defence context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in PMO environments with scheduling leadership.
• Ability to translate contractual requirements into scheduling logic and insights.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and maintain high-quality schedules across Defence programs.
• Ensure alignment between delivery plans, production activities, and contractual requirements.
• Lead portfolio reporting and analytics to inform decision-making.
• Train and mentor PMs on MS Planner and modern scheduling practices.
• Establish PMO scheduling standards, templates and governance.
