Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Solutions Deployment Manager, ANZ, based in North Ryde, Australia. You will lead development and execution of integrated strategic marketing, channel marketing and communications plans to strengthen customer engagement and share of voice across ANZ.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Clinical, HR, Legal and Communications teams to align priorities, measure performance and drive measurable commercial outcomes across digital, events and patient activation,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in strategic marketing, channel marketing, brand management or integrated campaigns.
• Strong understanding of channel marketing, audience segmentation and campaign measurement.
• Experience leading digital, communications, PR, website and sales enablement initiatives in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the strategic marketing plan for the ANZ business, translating priorities into activation plans.
• Partner with stakeholders to define priorities, audiences, channel mix and success measures.
• Lead integrated campaign planning across digital, PR, events and customer-facing activities.
• Define channel objectives, audience segmentation and performance metrics.
• Manage measurement, optimization and reporting across marketing activities.
• Ensure messaging is compliant and aligned with brand guidelines.
