Job summary

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Solutions Deployment Manager, ANZ, located in North Ryde, Australia. Lead the development and execution of integrated strategic marketing, channel marketing and communications plans across ANZ to strengthen engagement with HCPs, hospitals, patients and commercial partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategic marketing and channel marketing experience.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong campaign planning, execution and measurement capabilities.
• Experience leading digital, communications, PR, or website initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the strategic marketing plan for the DePuy Synthes ANZ business.
• Partner with commercial, clinical, medical, HR, legal and communications to define priorities and success measures.
• Lead integrated campaign planning across digital, PR, sales enablement, patient activation and channels.
• Set channel objectives, audience segmentation, content priorities and performance metrics.
• Manage performance measurement and provide clear recommendations to leadership on marketing impact.
• Ensure messaging is compliant, brand-aligned and tailored to diverse audiences.
