Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the ANZ function, delivering superior service across order management, inquiries, and service delivery. You will partner with Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance to drive strong outcomes and growth.

The role demands a proven leadership record in complex environments, strong stakeholder management and the ability to shape CS strategy with a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Experience in a complex, matrix healthcare environment (MedTech preferred).
• Strong track record building high-performing teams and improving service outcomes.
• Experience managing budgets and driving performance in a commercial setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the ANZ Customer Service team.
• Drive service performance across OTIF, Fill Rate, Backorders, Returns and Complaints.
• Oversee order management, customer inquiries and invoicing.
• Partner with Commercial and Supply Chain to optimize end-to-end customer experience.
• Monitor metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build cross-functional relationships to support priorities.
• Manage the Customer Service budget and support financial targets.
• Drive process improvements and workforce planning within the team.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, standards and regulatory requirements.
